Vintage at Spokane was very nice, and it was within my budget. It had a theater, a patio where you could barbecue out on, and an exercise room. It was nice. The two-bedroom was $1089. The people were nice. The building was nice. I liked it. I looked at a two-bedroom and it had a washer and dryer, air-conditioning, and modern appliances. They had an indoor pool and spa, a social room with a kitchen, two private dining rooms, a beauty salon, a library, a computer room, a billiard room, an arts and crafts room, a media room, an open courtyard with seating, and an exercise room. The size of the room was nice. I would be very comfortable in it.

I visited the Vintage at Spokane two and a half years ago. They didn't have any open units that you could go into that were unoccupied. They wouldn't let you go into any unit so you had to sign on without seeing a unit. The rest of it and all the other amenities that they had, were excellent. My interaction with the staff just seemed kind of average and they didn't seem to go out of their way or anything. They just take you around and tell you the price. The place seems clean and huge. I wasn't keen about the area where it was just because there had been a lot of crime in the area. Otherwise, I thought the facility itself was excellent.
