The staff and therapists here are wonderful, at present I’m undergoing treatment here and the atmosphere and support is 2nd to none. I only hope they manage to keep doing the great work they do. Keep up the good work, you are ALL brilliant.

Facility has constant employee turn over. To many Managers and not enough workers. The Resident Advocate does not respond to problems. I found they left my loved one in the same soiled grief for 16 hours without changing them. It was horrendous and no one would explain why or how this happened. I ended up removing my family member.

This facility had both positive and negative aspects. The staff were friendly and helpful, I could tell that they truly cared about the residents. The facility allowed there to be Church services every Sunday for the residents. The Facility had a large living area that the elderly could visit with family and friends in. The facility was also very clean. The negative things about the facility were that the building itself was very old and in some cases in disrepair. The food served to the residents at the facility was also rather poor.
