"My uncle moved into Woodland Assisted Living. The facility was lovely and spacious. The rooms are like apartments, so they are very large compared to other facilities that we've found for the same price or a little bit less maybe. I love the staff members. They bend over backward and spoil my uncle too much. The food is really good, and my uncle's eating better. They have bingo, church every Sunday, and outings once a month. They have something every day to do."

"Very poorly staffed, not clean and presentable to the public. On the day I visited, one of the bathrooms had fluids from a dirty diaper. This place had a strong smell of urine and feces, residents were left unsupervised during an activity, Activity Director was hiding out in her office. During the activity, two residents got into a verbal altercation, nurses were notified but did nothing to stop it, call light buzzers were constantly going off but nurses were outside smoking. "

Trinity is an all-inclusive facility offering room and board, activities, meals, and 24/7 caregiver support. Caregivers will be able to assist with ambulation, bathing incontinence care, grooming, companionship, and more. Transportation to and from doctors appointments will also be available.
