Fordham at Harmony

We moved into Fordham at Harmony, and it is new. It's nice. They didn't have washer-dryers, and I didn't want to buy them, so we just rented them by the month. The people that I've met have been nice. There are a lot of people who are still working. It's an over-55 community. I see them all going out to work. So, there are a lot of people who work and a lot of people who are retired. It's very mixed as far as that goes, but I'm enjoying it. They do a lot of stuff. I always get texts about, "Hey, come down. We're having donuts. Hey, come on down, we're meeting. Come play bingo." They're very interactive with the people here. Luz is good at getting people out and about and joining up things. And I'm very happy about that because it's completely different from the place that I'm coming from, which was not good. I'm happy with this place so far. I haven't said anything negative about it at all. They're really good. They're open seven days a week, and that's reassuring to people that live here that at least if there's any kind of a problem, they can get it taken care of, or at least bring it to somebody's attention, I think that's a great feature in having an apartment complex.

I like that Fordham at Harmony's building is clean. The structure is clean. I loved the pool; it's good. I love their community activities. I love it being just a quiet place, so it's nice. They have activities where they have gatherings down in their lobby area, which is very nice. They offer coffee. The staff members who gave the tour were a lady and a young man, and they both were excellent. Their dining setup was nice. The whole area was beautiful. The physical appearance inside was very nice. However, I think the outside could be a little bit more appealing. Nevertheless, everything smelled good, and the upkeep was good.
