"My mom has been in Hemphill Care Center for almost three weeks now. I haven't been there, actually. I live in Austin, and today is actually the first time I'm going to see her, but my brother, who has been there already, said that everybody was just very kind, very helpful, and very sweet. I was also able to talk to the staff, and I can easily get a hold of them. They're very helpful, too."
