My mom moved to Lake Marion Nursing Facility. It's very well-kept. I have no problems with the staff. They're great. They go above and beyond to try to take care of her. It's an older building, but it's nice and clean inside. She has to have her food pureed because she cannot swallow. The value is worth what I'm paying for.

The staff was generally very nice but tended to not be as attentive to the residents as I would think. The facility itself is slightly rundown but the residents seem to enjoy themselves. They are all local people that have grown up in Summerton, SC.
