Smiths Personal Care Home was a lovely little home. The staff are very friendly and seem to really care. They would frequently sit and talk to the patients and families. The home is small but that allows for more time with each patient. The town the home is in is very small and felt very homey and friendly. My mother was well taken care of here and never had a complaint. She enjoyed the activities that they had.The patients were bathed regularly and laundry was washed on a daily basis. A piano was frequently used in the living area and alot of patients would sit around it as it was played. The home was very clean and smelled pretty good. The home was also modern and had a large tv for patient enjoyment. The food here is good and freshly made.Pets were brought in for the theraputic benefits for all patients. Overall this is a very nice little home and I would recommend it to others.

We are residents of Smith's Personal Care Home. It's a home and not a nursing home. They are shared rooms. They have anywhere from two to three people in a room. The residents play bingo together, and there's no supervision or anything. We have living rooms and a dining room. The library consisted of one bookshelf, and the common area for activities was the dining room. It looks bigger from the outside than inside, and it's very cramped inside.
