South Beach Manor Memory Care

South Beach Manor Memory Care community, provides accommodations for 41 residents, is located in South Beach, Oregon. South Beach Manor is excited to assist in meeting the memory care needs of the greater Waldport, Newport and Lincoln County areas.

South Beach Manor features wide hallways providing an open feel with a continuous hallway promoting exercise and movement. Spacious apartments provide ample room for the resident to personalize their living space. Large common areas throughout the community provide space for residents to gather. These spaces include an Activity Room for group activities and TV room for watching a movie or reading. Additional rooms offer areas to enjoy daily events such as exercise, performances, and resident socials. Life Skills Stations allow residents to enjoy self-directed dementia-tailored activities providing a sense of purpose, freedom and independence. The building surrounds a beautiful interior courtyard with raised flower beds, walking paths, and covered sitting areas in the gazebo.
