This was one of the most horrible places I have ever seen. There was a very nice older lady waiting in the reception area, she was waiting on family. After about 5 minutes of doing nothing more than just sit there, One of the nurses began to berate this little woman. The nurse yelled at her to get back to her room and that none of her family was coming to see her, they never do. I felt horrible for her.
