Valley View has been the best decision mom has ever made. Valley View Staff are polite, friendly and so compassionate with my mother. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley View to friends or other loved ones! Thanks for loving and taking care of my mom!

The staff at Valley View AL is under-trained and is usually hired on a 6 month job partnership training basis. The facilities are relatively clean, but my mother regularly does a deep clean on my Grandmother's apartment. The staff rarely does a deep cleaning. The menu has been a source of contention for many years. Too many carbs, not enough proteins and vegetables. Not great for seniors with diabetes and other health problems.The staff is warm, friendly and caring, for the most part. However the lack of professionalism is a great concern. If my Mother did not live in the same town, I would not feel confident about my Grandmother residing in the residence.
