"When we try to call and talk with a dear friend who resides there we are given the runaround and hung up on multiple times. He has a hearing aid and instead of making sure it is working properly they tell us just not to call because he cannot hear. That is completely unacceptable. He has also had many things stolen from him in this facility. I do not recommend. The staff may be overwhelmed but it is no excuse to treat family and friends who want to connect and stay in the resident's life poorly. They need some serious help."

"This facility has been a pleasure to work with in the care of my husbands' mother. The staff often calls with updates on her condition, as well as giving us information about scheduled doctor appointments, etc. She states that she enjoys all the activities that the facility offers as well. When we go to visit, the nurses and staff are always friendly and helpful. Most of the other residents seem to enjoy their stay there as well, sort of like one big family so to speak. If we, as the family, have any concerns or questions all we have to do is place a phone call or stop by and the nurses or management takes care of our needs. Of the 3 other places that she has stayed Baptist Village seems to care the most and be the most attentive to her needs and current health conditions. I would reccomend Baptist Village to anyone who is seeking long-term care or assisted living, they have been very pleasurable and honest to work with. "
