When I was going through the facility, I noticed a lot of things about it because years ago I worked in a similar type of facility. The first thing I noticed was that the facility was relatively clean and all of the patients seemed to be well taken care of. When I first entered, I did notice that there weren't a lot of employees present in the area of entrance but I came to learn that where I was happened to be the "Assisted Living" portion and not the skilled nursing area. As I moved through the facility, I did see a sufficient amount of staff; all hard at work.The facility is at a pretty centralized location in town, but it is out of the way in that it has enough property to allow for safe outside activities.Overall, I must say that the facility here in Watford City is clean and has a friendly and efficient work force.
