My grandparents were both in this nursing home. My grandpa was there because he was dying of cancer, and my grandma had dementia. The times that I was there for visits, the staff seemed friendly and welcoming when we first got there, but then we didn't really see them again. The staff seemed kind of detached from my grandparents, not checking often to see if they needed anything. this bothered me especially for my grandpa, as he was bedridden and unable to do anything for himself. He withered away to nothing in the short time he was there. He never had anything bad to say about the staff, just rolled his eye. I think he was at the point in his life where he didn't want to say anything negative about anyone.
