My father has been placed at Maggie Valley Nursing & Rehab. He is getting just round-the-clock care. He has dementia really, really badly, and he's at the point where he can barely walk anymore, so he requires a lot of help. The staff is great. They're very friendly and very, very nice. However, the floors are messy from time to time. The room he is in is a good room though. He is fine; he has a window. It's good. However, they're incredibly overpriced.

The place seemed pretty clean. Staff was very unfriendly and not available to help with patient care. It seemed like the staff didn't discuss patients care so nobody from 1 shift to the next knew what was taking place. They all seemed very bothered and unapproachable.

Maggie Valley Nursing & Rehab was fairly new. It was very nice. They had a bird display. It was beautiful. The grounds were manicured well. It was very clean.
