I had a really good tour of The Landings of Lake Gaston. They walked us through and answered all of my questions. Everyone was very, very helpful in every way, and the facility was very nice. They had TVs and cable in the room, and you can put a refrigerator in there. They also had games, movies, theater, and bingo.

The Landings of Lake Gaston was nice. My preference would have been for a private room, but this one's sleeping area had two people that shared a bathroom. Everybody there ate in the dining room; they had their meals there. I knew someone who was there, and that person showed me around. She was the one who kind of gave me the feel for how things went there. They also had a day room where you could visit people, and there was a television in there. It was a place where you could leave your sleeping area and it was also where outside people came in to entertain groups. Overall, I found the place to be clean. There were no bad odors, and it was welcoming. There's lots of parking space outside, and it's next door to a medical facility, which I found to be a good plus. And there is a restaurant across the street.
