Highland Village is brand new and it’s really nice inside. The view was not appealing. In the assisted living, they had plenty of room. The guy that showed us around was good but the others lacked personality but I didn’t talk to that many people. They had an activities calendar. They serve 3 meals. They provide transportation; they would take you to the store.

Unfair practices. Families limited visits and food not prepared for individuals with required special diets.

The woman I was supposed to meet at Highland Village wasn't there, but this fellow took over and he was very nice. He was very good. However, everytime I called up there, I didn't get a satisfactory answer. Also they didn't have any CNAs on staff. It was very nice because it was brand-new. However, it was a higher altitude and I want to go to a lower altitude. They have independent and assisted living, and memory care, the whole nine yards. They also have two dining areas. I ate there and it was good. The rooms were smaller than at the other community.
