Be very aware of this place epically in the altimezers ward,lack of care is a understatement, it's very sad that people get so immune that they only see dollar signs. Guess that's how it is when you are the only place in town. They know you do not have another choice and the residents and families are not treated with respect. However if you are looking for a place that will treat your loved one porley, and take what dignity they have left then yes this is your place....sad

Seeing patients at there best and worse can be really eye opening. I visit this facility often and it is always clean and neat. The staff are friendly and the facility itself is very modern.The only problem I see with this facility is its employees. I understand it is a challenge to work with geriatric patients, but it seems the level of care here is lacking.I suppose just about anywhere has its own problems but in my own opinion, the staff is inexperienced in dealing with and recognizing potentially life threatening problems, before the escalate to dangerous levels. This is just my opinion, and it seems the majority of the residents are happy. I just wish there was more training and requirements for the staff of these facilities.
