Parkview Home is very welcoming and very accommodating. It appears to be well staffed. The room where my friend lives is kept clean. I've actually eaten there a couple of times, and the food is good and plentiful. They have alternate Catholic and Protestant services, bingo games at least twice a week, other games during the week (I know the other day they were playing Scrabble), a physical therapy room, and a great room with a television where residents can watch TV there (if they don't want to sit in their rooms). There are a couple of outdoor courts as well.

We've chosen Parkview Home in Dodge for my husband. He moved in last November. I was able to do window visits after he moved in. I've only been inside once so I don't know a whole lot about it yet. My husband doesn't like being cooped up but that's the way it is now. He's trying to get therapy but just in his room so that doesn't help a whole lot. It's better than nothing though. The staff is very helpful, very kind and he is getting along with them well.
