I was impressed with Ponderosa Villa. It was very clean. It is beautiful, and with Fort Robertson State Park, you can look out and see the scenery, which is really good for the residents' mental well being. The supervisor was very professional. I wasn't there that long, but things were presented to me very positively, and it had a positive impact. The apartments were nice, neat, airy, with nice size windows for the light to come in, which was good. The staff was friendly and seemed pretty professional.
