I though the envirnoment was nice, and the staff was very friendly. The facilities looked a little older but in decent condition. They seemed to have quite a few services (radiology and physical therapy are the two I can think of off the top of my head) if you needed them in the hospital section. The food was okay, my nana seemed to enjoy it, but it's nothing I would crave/make at home. Overall she seemed to enjoy the facility and the environment.
