I visited the Lodge at Lone Tree Creek for a very brief period. I was more or less just stopping in. My first impression upon seeing the Lodge was that it had a very nice view, and was situated in a good spot. It was a short walk to one of the grocery stores in town, one that had good sidewalks and relaxing surroundings. The Lodge looks very nice from the outside, and you can tell that the grounds are maintained. This is just an indication of what is inside. The facility is laid out in a simple manner and the decor is up to date. The staff was friendly and greeted us immediately. They were relaxed and calm about there being visitors to their facility. They helped us find our way and then let us go about our activities. We noticed a program for meals, as well as an activities schedule for any and all to join in. Cares such as haircuts, were also addressed by the staff at the Lodge. A down side to the Lodge, is that even though the facility and staff are very nice, you are paying top dollar for it. Rates are fairly high and could become a burden. If I were to rate the Lodge, based on my brief experience, I would give it an overall, 4 star rating, 5 being the best, 1 star being the worst.
