My mother is now at Tobacco Root Mountains Care Center. It's small. They have plenty of staff. The place is clean, friendly, conscientious, and responsive. It is skilled nursing and rehab. She was in rehab, and it's now changed to a skilled nursing part. They take their residents outside to the sun. They had a couple of different games that they took her down to go to. She played Yahtzee one day, and she played bingo one day. They took them out by bus. They did arts and crafts. It's a pretty small facility. It has a nice day room where almost all the residents hang out versus having them stuck in their rooms.

The staff is very friendly in this facility. The environment is very comfortable and homelike. There are many fun activities that the residents are involved in, including many trips to the facility by the local grade school. The nursing home has a therapy dog that resides there and is a great comfort to the residents. The nursing home was recently remodeled and provides a very nice environment for my father.
