The staff at the facility were very nice and kind-hearted people. They always made sure everyone was taken care of no matter what time it was. The staff was always full so there would never be neglect. The facility was very clean and everything was kept neat. I never heard of any problem being reported. The staff was amazing and it was nice to see the elderly so happy.
