This facility is nothing special as far as nursing homes go. The majority of the staff are rude, there are a few employees who have shown they will go above and beyond for residents and their guests. The facility is fairly clean. Not as clean as I would prefer it to be, since this is my grandmothers home now. My grandmother seems fairly content there.
