They had 30 days to prepare for my friends arrival... But room was not cleaned! Previous redidents dentures and used bathroom items left on the shelf. Hair and dust on the sink and shelf by mirror made it obvious The bathroom was not cleaned and disinfected as it should be! The carpet in room was certainly not shampood... it wasnt EVEN VACUUMED! Worse yet.... the head nurse who was left in charge was not told to expect my friend to move in that day!
