The staff at Ozark Mountain Manor were polite and cheerful. When a patient was feeling upset or lonely the staff tried their best to put a smile on their faces. They had a Very well kept clean facility.Every thing was stocked and to date, especially in the kitchen. Patients had excellent healthy food, depending of coarse on their health. They seemed to be up to date on their equipment, from heart monitoring to oxygen. They also had a great recreational room / social room for the patients, That was rather nice.Including of course several couches, two televisions, a radio , and a piano. Each patients room was made to be their own private dwelling. Each had its own couch and television. The patients them selves seemed to be quite happy ,yes they may have missed their home but it had seemed as it Ozark Mountain Manor became a sort of second home.
