The staff, for the most part, has always seemed helpful. If any issues ever arose then the facilitator was quick at solving the issue/s. I have had two family members at this facility and have felt like it was always clean. The staff has always seemed to be gracious toward not only my family members, but to other residents as well. Residents are treated to their mental and physical abilities and barriers. Those who are able to walk have free roam of the facility as well as the fenced in garden area in the back. There are covered tables and chairs, flowers, bird feeders, and birdbaths for the residents to enjoy. Those who are confined to a wheelchair can be assisted into this area as well. One family member of mine is bed ridden. She has been in the facility for a few years now and we have never felt that she has been neglected. Bed sores have not been present on her while she has been staying at the facility. Overall, I feel that the facility is a friendly and safe place for their residents.
