Staff do not answer call buttons. Leave residents without showering. They were also going to take my grandma for a blood transfusion that they didn’t ask if she wanted (and she didn’t). If you can take your loved ones anywhere else please do!! I wish I could give zero stars. Staff put on a great face and attitude while we are there. They tell you everything you want to hear.. when in all reality they don’t care.

This facility is not the best by any means. If you can find somewhere else to place your loved ones in please do so. The day shift is ok but the night shift is horrible. Her call light wasn't answered until an hour after she pushed it, and they didn't show up until I got there! And to top it off, I literally had to help the CNA change my mother and turn her over. They have no help there and the patients that can't do for themselves are just helpless. My mother has only been there maybe two weeks now and has already developed a bed sore! Like I stated earlier if you can find somewhere else to place your love ones, PLEASE DO!!!!

We visited Winona Manor and it looked really nice and fine. They have a nice, beautiful porch out front to sit out for the patients. My mom in law will be staying there 90 days for rehab. The room is good but she may not like the shared bathroom. We can go in and decorate her room with what she wants and we're welcome to bring in whatever we need. It was clean and I didn't notice any smell or anything. The staff seemed really nice and they wanted to work with us. They knew everyone by their name. They have a calendar of activities for the month. It was more than what I imagined it could be. I think she will be fine there for 90 days.
