The direct care staff are great although they are very clearly overworked. You never see any of the office staff out communicating or helping the residents, even when my moms light would be on for quite awhile. Rooms were cleaned well. The food in the evening isn't very good. Overall its a good facility if it were run by better people.

My mother was in Good Samaritan Society. The care was really good, her room was very tiny, the staff was nice and friendly,too. They had activities, like bingo. The meals were not so good. She also had therapy. They had a couple of sitting areas with TV, an activity room with bingo, and there were amenities. There's an outdoor area, and I think they had outings for the residents.
