Bethesda North Pointe is a very beautiful place. It's pretty new. Mom has already played bingo and on Valentine's week, they were decorating sugar cookies. I just think the design is a little confusing for a memory care unit. Also, they're short-staffed. I don't think the residents are checked on as much as they should be. I have been there several times where they had residents who were asking me for help finding their rooms or where to eat. So, it just seems like they need more staff.
