My mother currently stays here and she really enjoys it. They have church groups that come weekly to provide services that she would otherwise not participate in by herself. Overall very well run facility and the help the staff provides is outstanding. I couldn't do it myself, and am very fortunate to have somewhere close to my home for my mother.

My husband stayed at Hyatt House LLC. I would like them to be cleaner. He said the food was good. Some of the staff were very caring and others were not. They had tables with puzzles on it.

There wasn’t anything specific about Hyatt House; it’s just that I didn’t want to leave my father there. The rooms were nice, and they have a nice room if for some reason you may want to stay just for the night. They have different things that people can do, but it’s small and I saw two staff. They don’t have a lot of people at any given time and there isn’t a nurse there every day. I wasn’t that totally impressed. It was clean and orderly, and just quiet. It’s in a small town that’s far off the beaten track and they just don’t have that much going on down there.

Basically Hyatt House met all of our needs, so that is why we chose it. He needed to have some place who had some memory care, and they had that available there. The staff were really caring people, and they are just top of everything. I am really pleased with them. The buildings were a little older, but it's nice and clean.
