I rated this facility five stars because it was an excellent place. The nursing staff was very friendly and helpful, always at your side and checking up on the resident so make sure they were okay. The facility itself was so nice I was very surprised. Everything was up to date with modern technology, sophisticated decor, and new furniture. It was well kept and very clean every visit. My husband's grandfather who was the resident staying there had his own private room that was bright, lively, and open. They had it decorated with all of his things just the way he liked. He had his own private bathroom in the same room with all his toiletries organized and well sanitized. The one negative comment I have to say about this place was the limited amount of activities available for the residents. There was a pool table and tv's set up all around the facility but not much else. There was a lot of board games and cards that I saw played which was nice. They held weekly activities like Bingo so that was very nice.

Overall I would highly recommend considering this facility if you are looking for a good alternative to standard apartment living. I visited this facility weekly for over a year to see my grandmother and the staff of the facility were always cheerful and inviting. My grandmother was extremely happy with the care that she received, and I genuinely feel that it improved the quality of her life. She was living with us before she moved to the facility and had very little interaction with people of her own age demographic prior to moving to the Frazee Care Center. The ability to meet and speak with people of her own age on a daily basis seemed to greatly increase her outlook on life. The facility itself was nothing overly fancy, but it seemed to be well maintained and always clean. The room my grandmother stayed in was very nice, providing everything she needed to remain independent. However, when she did need help there was always somebody on staff that could be in her room within seconds. Both my grandmother and my family were happy with her stay at this facility.
