The facility smelled clean and fresh (not unpleasant like some assisted living facilities), the rooms where very home-like and comfortable. I did see a few family members visiting during my visit and they all looked comfortable (like it was their own home environment). I was surprised by the variety of menu choices at each meal and that special diets and or requests were accepted. The meal quality looked good! I was also amazed by the staff, while talking with some staff they always seemed to be in-tune with the residents and their needs. The staff were respectful and concerned with all residents. My very favorite part of this place was the design! They have a "park", Sioux Tribe exhibit, a small sidewalk caf̩ and birds! I even found myself relaxing here! Also on the grounds is a beauty and barber shop, which is nice. Various religious services are provided to meet the various needs of the residence. It really does seem like nothing was missed in this assisted living facility!
