Personal care plans are designed to reflect individual preferences and current capabilities, as well as support diminishing skills. Each plan is carefully developed (and regularly updated) after extensive input from the resident, his/her health care providers, and family. Our highly trained, professional and compassionate nursing staff carefully implements and monitors each personal care plan.
