"We toured BeeHive Homes of Santaquin. It was very nice, very clean, there was no bad odor to it, and it just looked nice and well taken care of. We only talked to one person who seemed very nice and very helpful. We walked through the dining area, it was nice though I didn't see any food. Overall, the facilities were nice. They have activities like crafts night and bingo night."

From the moment our mother arrived, it was clear she was in loving, capable hands. The staff not only cared for her physical needs with professionalism and excellence, but truly *loved* her - going above and beyond their duties to ensure she was comfortable, safe, and valued. When our mom's condition declined, and we were navigating the heartbreak of her final days, the Orchard View team wrapped their arms around our entire family. Kelly, her incredible hospice nurse, was a rock - steady, compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply present during a time when we needed it most. Before we were even able to move her to memory care, the assisted living staff stepped in with extra attention, kindness, and genuine care that we will never forget. As we sat in vigil at her bedside during her final days, the kitchen staff lovingly prepared and delivered meals to us, which were not only delicious but filled with compassion. The facility itself - both assisted living and memory care - was absolutely top-notch: clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and safety. "I went to the Beehive Homes of Payson. They really work hard, and they try to keep the patients very happy. Considering the fact that they have Alzheimer's and dementia, it's hard to keep them happy. The rooms were small, a lot of them had to share a bathroom. They have volunteers come in and help. They play games, bingo, and they just love bingo. They talk with them and try to reorient them to where they're at, and what's going on, and that kind of stuff. The dining area, very small, clean, though very small. The surroundings outside were great. It was in a residential area. It was clean, it didn't smell, they tried hard to keep it clean and manageable. The staff did the cooking, they didn't have anybody to come in and cook."

"My stepdad moved to Hearthstone Manor. It's close to my house, and it's not as expensive as the other places. The staff was great. For the activities, when I left, they were all watching the Olympics on a big TV screen. They have an area where they go out, sit under the sun, or a covered patio area. It's small, but it's there. They serve three meals a day."
