My father has moved into Our Island Home. They take Medicaid. They're extremely responsive and helped me through the whole process. The staff members are super friendly, very informative, and again, very, very helpful. It looks like every other nursing home. I had a meal there, and it was a pretty standard meal. It wasn't anything crazy elaborate, but it was like whole real food. I had chicken, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. The place was very clean. We had a few appointments set up, but we liked that one the best as far as the cost and closeness to us.
