Crawford Health and Rehabilitation Center is situated in southeastern Massachusetts, in the quaint, beautiful city of Fall River. Seniors get to live in a community with a small-town feel while being close to first-rate health care facilities, such as Charlton Memorial Hospital and Saint Anne’s Hospital. Specialized care is also available at Hudner Oncology Center.The staff at Crawford Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility, is on duty 24/7 to help seniors with their activities of daily living. An individualized program is specially designed to address each resident’s unique needs with medication support, pain management, wound care, and physical, occupational or speech therapy.  Rehabilitative services are offered for those who need to recover from an accident or a recent surgery, and seniors with an ongoing physical condition also have access to long-term care.Residents live in rooms with Wi-Fi and cable TV, and help with laundry and housekeeping is available. Three nutritious meals are served per day in a restaurant-style dining room, with vegetarian, gluten-free and Kosher options for those with dietary restrictions. The center offers multiple social activities, including bingo and other board games, fitness lessons, educational programs and devotional services. On-site psychiatric assistance and transportation to medical appointments are also provided.
