Narraguagus Bay Health Care Facility

I feel that narraguagus bay healthcare facility is among the average. I saw no care that was overly impressive. The CNA's seemed very rushed and spent little time providing emotional support to the residents. Meal times were hectic, but the food was sufficient. Basic care needs were met with most residents. One in particular suffered bed sores form not being turned. I feel this is unacceptable at any time. The facility was overall clean. Resident's rights were respected. There was a good balance between the old experienced CNA's and the young not as experienced ones. Some of the more experienced tended to cut a lot of corners unlike the young ones who have been recently taught properly. The nurses were very good. When asked to check a resident they did so promptly and balanced patient care with paperwork. Overall I would say the facility is decent as long as the resident has a family to provide emotional support, as this is a need just like any other.
