When my grandmother went to this facility, she got pnemonia twice, because they would take her into a basement and wash her hair in a damp basement area. Also, my grandmother was starving to death. She would eat bowls of soup that were brought to her from outside the facility, because they had not fed her. They also took her off the medicine she was on before she went in, and that made her turn into a zombie. Once, a person, saw how she was sitting in a chair, with her head leaning over in front of her, and he was so appauled by it, that he took her picture. When he did this, he was threatended. My great aunt also went to this nursing home for rehabilitation. When she arrived after having a mini stroke, they dropped her on the way into the facility and she became injured. We complained to the Ombudsman for the state of Maine and they did absolutely nothing. My grandmother was neglected and drugged until she was starving to death, and my aunt was injured and given a permanent injury for going to their rehabilitation services.
