Rooms are small need updated, broken furniture, laundry lost half of residents clothes. The amount charged for rooms/ services etc. Isn't worth it

Horrible place. My mom saw a dr once in the two months she was there. She laid there for over a week near death and we was told we couldn't take her for care or she would loose her benefits. Finally had to lie and tell them we was taking her to supper to get her to an ER for care. Upon arrival the physician could not believe the shape my mom was in. Congestive heart failure, a fib, severe UTI, severe ear infection, kidney failure, deliousional, and a INR blood rating of 6 (normal is 2.5). Yet the home insisted nothing was wrong with her. If we wouldn't have lied to take her to the ER, she might not be here today.
