Windsor Personal Care is a fairly new facility. It's very nice. My brother has a private room with a private bath. They keep three staff members on at all times. It's very clean and very well administered. I'm well satisfied with it. All of the staff are very nice and very accommodating. They have local ministers who can come visit, bookshelves, and an outdoor patio where you can go in good weather. The food is prepared in the kitchen and they have snacks. There's a fireplace and a TV in the common rooms and then they can have telephone and TV in their private rooms. I'm very happy with it.

Windsor Personal Care is a fairly new facility. It's very nice. My brother has a private room with a private bath. They keep three staff members on at all times.
