My mom was at Windsor Care Center. She did physical therapy there for 11 days. We loved it there. It's in our hometown. My mom would like to be there so she can be close to home. They're just very kind and helpful, and they seem to care about the patients. We went to a Thanksgiving dinner there, and the food was very good. Their rooms aren't very big, but they're very clean.

My grandma moved to Windsor Care Center. They've had great communication, they listened well, and have been very attentive to my grandmother's needs. The facility looks nice overall, but some of it looks way older and a bit more rundown than the rest. I had not tasted the food, but my grandmother did, and she sent me many pictures, and they look really good. She hasn't actively participated due to her physical capability right now, but there are a lot of activities for the people, and she's seeing people doing many things.
