"I always found this home to be very nice, clean, and hospitable. The employees truly know every single resident, due to the fact that it is small. The residents also know each other very well and appeared to interact quite frequently. Its close proximity to the hospital was beneficial as well. There were plenty of activities for the residents. The employees really go out of their way to encourage local organizations to volunteer at the nursing home and interact with the residents, which they really enjoy. They also went out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. The dining room has nice dishes and linens. However, In regards to the food offerings, the food at this location was complained about often by the residents. But they do keep this place sparkling clean and it has a very homey and cozy atmosphere. "

"I didn’t like Via Christi because it was too big, dark, had too many residents, and felt a bit colder. The rooms were really small. They put two of them together, so there were two kitchens, two bathrooms, and one room. The dining area was fine and really big, but the hallways and the rooms were dark. You had to get on an elevator because it wasn’t all on one floor. I didn’t like it at all."

"Cedar View Assisted Living is a wonderful place that's very well taken care of. The residents are screened before they move in. My mom is interacting with all the residents, and she's so satisfied with the food. Mom is not a morning person, so they deliver her a tray of anything she wants. The menu is very broad, and they will cook anything for breakfast that you like. We're welcome to join her for any meal, and they encourage that. All of her laundry is done and brought to her room in the morning, beds are made every day, and all the cleaning is done for her. She feels like she's living in a beautiful place."

"My dad has been at Credo Memory Care for about a month now. This facility looks very nice. The staff that have been there and had training are good, but the young people who have not had training are very lacking. They work really hard in getting meals that my dad likes and preparing them the way he likes them."

"We chose Country Place Senior Living - Hoisington for my mother mainly because of the location. She's in memory care. They take extremely good care of her. The staff is very caring. They watch out for all of their residents. They have everything necessary like a lift and stuff like that for her. They have a courtyard and a TV room. They do the laundry for you. Everything's expensive, but it's worth it. It's a good location for my mom and the rest of my family, and it's close to the hospitals."
