The food at Ottawa Retirement could be 100% better. Their level of expertise could be a little bit better. I know they're nurses, but sometimes they don't act like it. The staff is OK, but they tell you one thing and do another. They don't follow through with what they say they're going to do. My mom wasn't really that active, but they go to church every week, and they play bingo sometimes. As far as activities, they don't have any activities at all. They could improve on their management.
