Heartland Meadows

My significant other was at Heartland Meadows. They would do such things as ask him to go sit in the other room if the person was less capable than he was of still doing things, so he was like a babysitter to other people there, which does not follow the rules. Some things went on that should not have happened there. They were usually understaffed. They also don't do much of anything. They have someone come in and play music and sing to them once in a while, or someone comes and plays a piano for them. There is very little room in that nursing home. They have their individual rooms, and the only other thing they have is the dining room table. If they're not at the dining room table, they are in their room. The kitchen and the dining area were all together in one room, and they didn't do activities down there. I just can't say much good about that place. They had cats and dogs running around in there and everything else. I would suggest that they get a new director.
