Worst place ever! The aides are in it for the money and don’t care about residents! My grandmother is a resident and they leave her in wet pants and don’t answer call lights ! My mother visits her and has recently had to have my grandmother admitted to the hospital because she has been so sick and the head nurse made my mom take her to the hospital!!! The ER doctor was shocked my grandma was so sick and they didn’t call an ambulance!!! I can’t believe that someone can treat another human being so poorly!!!

Wonderful staff fabulous care, try to get your lived one in this facility. Couldn't get better care anywhere wish more places like this!

I have had a parent in this facility for over two years...nothing has improved...they have new "management/site supervisor" but if there was a zero rating, that's what I would give....what can be expected from a "for profit" Care Center....seriously thinking of moving my loved one....it should not take an aide an average of 50 minutes to respond to a resident's call for assistance...I called the facility at 645 p.m. and the phone rang 25 times before a cook answered....for $60,000/year my loved one could be staying at a suite in a first class hotel with room service.

While the physical building is average, the care of the nusing staff is substandard....I would not put any one I care for in the facility...poorly trained workers, clients mostly left out in central area to keep staff from having to walk to their rooms, food generally cold, long time for staff to respond to patient call...would not recommend
