"My grandmother moved into Robinwood last August. It's a very nice place and it's what she liked the best. They had a lot of things for the seniors to do; they had fun, and a lot of activities. They have art classes, people come in play music with them, they have dancing, and they go to casinos. She has a nice, 1-bedroom apartment. It seemed to be very clean and very well-kept. I have nothing but positive comments about the staff; they're very nice. It's very central, it's a good location; close to the grocery store, pharmacy, and you could walk to everything. It's a nice neighborhood."

"I toured StoryPoint Cordova, and it was a beautiful place. The rooms were nice. They had a heated pool, which I liked because I wanted to do water aerobics. For me, it was very well-located because my son lives in Cordova. The lady that I worked with was extremely nice. I was with my best friend and my son, and she was very nice in showing us all around and going over things with us. That's the one that I'm leaning toward."

"Wesley at Millington Towers is very nice. I've lived there before. The staff members are very nice and very friendly. They're easy to get along with. The room has a kitchen, a big living room, and one bedroom, good size. Food is very good. I do a lot of my own cooking at home, but from what I've had down there, it's a 5. They have games, and they have people come in. They play and sing, and they have parties. They have all kinds of activities."

"I've been a resident of The Atrium and Cottages at Lutheran Village. It's great that the people are very friendly. You've got access to dinner five nights a week, Monday through Friday, and that's included in the agreement. The maintenance staff is great. You don't have to fix any machines. All the maintenance was taken care of, including the washer, refrigerator, and grass. Utilities are rolled in, you don't have to worry about those bills. It's a triangular building and inside it's an atrium with palm trees and bromeliads and a little water feature. They bring in entertainment for special events. They have church services, movies, and exercise. They have one-bedrooms, a small two-bedroom, and a large two-bedroom. They have balconies. We're on the first floor, so we have a patio. Value-wise, you can't beat it. The food, it's not a five-star restaurant, but they cook and serve it. They will deliver it to your condo if you don't want to go down to the restaurant area."

"Lutheran Village was very informative. I thought it was a very positive experience. The place was very clean and organized, but I have been there many times. I had friends who lived there, and I would pick them up for church, so it was not my first time. The facility was very nice, and the condos were of good size. The staff was very accommodating. He probably spent two hours showing and telling us how people can rent or purchase a condominium, what you have to do with it, and how much it costs. The administrator was patient, very friendly, and understood that I could not hear, and that's important to me -- that people can relate to you and tell you so you can understand. He took his mask off so I could read his lips, and he was very thorough with the information he was saying so I could understand it. They have a beauty shop, a library, and main appliances. I didn't see a microwave, but they had a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. You have to wash your clothes at a little laundromat that they have on each floor. I don't know if it's coin operated, but I saw one. There's also a garbage chute. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided, and I think five or six meals come with your monthly fee. They clean your apartment twice a month, too. It was very nice, and almost all the condos have a balcony, so you can see the outside."

"The staff at Elite Personal care-home are truly amazing. They pay great attention to detail and provide services that your family will need. My dad loves bingo and the staff would sit and they all enjoyed it. Elite Personal Care-home is a great place for your love one to age in place at. They offer assistant living and independent living. All you need to do is bring your clothes and a smile and they take care of the rest! I used them for respite but i am loving forward to long term placement for my dad with them! The rooms in the house are cozy, great in size and has all accommodations for my dad. "
