My mom is now in Pinckneyville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. They have a few activities, but she hasn't been able to participate until recently because she was in a weakened condition. They help her with showering and dressing, going to the bathroom, and getting in and out of her wheelchair. I tasted the food, and most often it has good flavor. It's an older facility and it seems to be more difficult to maintain the cleanliness.
