Serenity is secure and provides 24-hour awake staffing. The care team at this facility assists with a variety of daily personal tasks, such as dressing, bathing and personal hygiene. Staff can also help residents with healthcare tasks, like managing medications and following instructions from physicians, and they also provide incontinence care. Staff members are prepared to assist residents with memory issues or disorientation and are specifically trained in de-escalating exit-seeking behaviors.
