My mother-in-law is in Brentwood Health & Rehab because she needs oxygen 24 hours a day, and we can't take care of her in the home anymore. Their service is not good and unsatisfactory. The main thing is to assist with fill-up, but every time I go, her tank is empty if she is on tanked oxygen, and if she is on the machine, they do not even have the cable in her nose. She has Alzheimer’s, and she takes it off. At one point, there was somebody who used to check on her. Most of them are really nice, but they just do not do their job. They are probably understaffed, but the facility is very clean.

My friend stayed at Brentwood Health and Rehabilitation for three days. They overreacted when he was uncooperative and resorted to using too many drugs quickly without trying to help him. He was sent back to the emergency room and I removed him from the facility. He was in a locked section for Alzheimer's and it was adequate, nothing more. I would not recommend this place.
